We have worked with Chad for over 10 years. He was the general contractor on our addition and whole house remodel. We have a historic home in Country Club of Edina so it's no small feat to do an addition that blends in with the 1931 home. He did that superbly. The remodel was not without its challenges. We found mold after we started. Chad was amazingly helpful in figuring out the cause and subsequent dispute with the roofing company that was responsible. He has done small and large projects for us since and the consistent theme is pursuit of excellence. He has high standards and will do what it takes to make the homeowners happy while ensuring that the job "works". And when we've had issues years after we've worked with him, he responds right away.
